This scheme run by SEI is designed to give grants to homeowners for insulation, heating system upgrades and BERs. A BER assessment is optional and not mandatory to apply for the scheme. We offer:

BER certs which can be used within 10 years to sell or rent the property

* Please note there is a minimum requirement that the grant amount in the first application must be €500 or greater. The BER grant cannot form part of this €500 amount.
